Welcome to Rupalo’pehnawo. Since all our outfits are handcrafted and custom made-to-order especially for you, we follow a strict fulfillment process. Please read our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges carefully before placing an order.
Refunds
Within 24 Hours: You can request a cancellation or modification of your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, the fabric goes into processing and production with our artisans. Therefore, no cancellations or modifications can be accepted after this window.
Exchange Policy (Size Issues & Damages)
We only offer exchanges under the following two conditions:
- Size Issues: If the outfit does not fit you properly and you need a different size.
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item entirely.
Crucial Conditions for Exchange:
- Timeframe: You must inform us about the size issue or damage within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after 48 hours will not be entertained.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all its original tags and packaging intact.
- Approval: Our team will review your request, and once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Please note our standard timelines as you wait for your handcrafted masterpiece:
- Ready Stock Items: Dispatched within 5 to 10 days.
- Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Take 20 to 25 days to be beautifully crafted and processed.
- Total Delivery Time: Generally takes 15 to 20 days to reach your doorstep post-dispatch depending on your location.
